With a background in graphic design and bachelor’s degree in marketing, Jessica Baxter brings a versatile skill set to developing innovative digital solutions and shaping thoughtful brand experiences. She is passionate about blending design, storytelling, and strategy to create meaningful, engaging consumer interactions.
In her previous agency roles, Jessica maintained exceptionally strong client retention by building long-term relationships and developing a deep understanding of each client’s brand. Since joining Ladco, she is eager to bring her experience together under one roof, enhancing the community experience for both current and future designers.

What is the most inspirational place you’ve traveled to?
Italy! From the history, views, food, art, and architecture, it was truly my most favorite place I’ve traveled to yet.

Moana because she has cool ocean powers and her own tropical island!
